What is Health Coaching?

As a health coach, I provide customized, tactical support to help you achieve your health goals. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, manage a new health condition, overcome emotional eating or create new healthy habits, I will work with you to create an individualized program tailored to your needs and provide practical, strategic advice and accountability.

After seeing how small changes can make such a big difference in myself, I wanted to help others striving to live healthier and happier lives so I became certified as a health coach.

Rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with you to create a personalized plan that is flexible and fun. We’ll find the foods and lifestyle choices that best support you to make gradual, lifelong changes to reach your current and future health goals.

6-Week, 3-Month, and 6-Month Health Coaching Packages

These packages include:

  • Two sessions per month (can be done by phone/Skype/Google hangout if you’re not local)
  • e-mail support between sessions
  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • my personal commitment to your health and success
