You won't find any fitness model coaches here! All of our coaches are real women with real bodies. Flab and all!

What equipment do I need to participate in the workouts?
Many of our workouts use your bodyweight for resistance. However, we suggest 3lb - 15lb dumbbells depending on your level for the strength workouts.
We recommend a mat or soft surface for abs and floor work.
If your're traveling or do not have any equipment, no worries! We give alternative exercises to do.
How do I access the portal with the on-demand workouts and nutrition info?
You will receive login information upon joining. Depending on the level of membership you choose, you will have access to different parts of the portal.
How often do you add workouts to the on-demand library?
New recordings are added every week! We got you covered!
What if I want to cancel?
All memberships are on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel at anytime by contacting [email protected]
